Accepting most major health insurance plans
If you have a question about whether your medical services from Colbert OB-GYN PC are covered by your specific insurance, simply call our office. Please be aware that your health plan may have deductibles and / or copayments that will need to be made at the time of service.
If you change insurance companies as an established patient, please let us know. Make sure you always have your insurance cards with you when you arrive for your appointment.
Flexible GYN payments
You will need to make your payments at the time of your service. Colbert OB-GYN PC understands if you are having financial difficulties, and we will work with you to set up a payment schedule if necessary.
Your insurance claim will be filed for the full amount if you have met your deductible.
Copays will need to be made at the time of your visit. Be sure to always bring your insurance card during your initial GYN and / or OB visit!
OB payments you can afford
You can work with our friendly, helpful office staff to set up a payment schedule for your care and delivery if you are not currently covered by any insurance.
You will be charged a global fee for OB care, delivery, and a post-delivery visit - you will be responsible for your deductible and any portion not paid by your insurance.
The following services are not covered in the global fee: some ultrasounds, non-stress tests, and extra hospital admissions (we will still file these procedures with your insurance company). If you change insurance companies during your pregnancy, please let us know! Make sure you bring your insurance card for your initial GYN and / or OB visit.
Colbert OB-GYN PC will file your insurance claim for the full amount if you have met your deductible.
